RAW COW MILK
November 4, 2025 Update: With the warmer weather and some cows that have recently calved, we have a good milk supply right now. We have not been selling out and there is no limit on the number of gallons a family can purchase.
Our raw cow milk is sold two different ways:
Through a membership* | Our membership is currently full. For a yearly fee, membership gives families year-round access to our raw milk ordering page, where members can reserve milk for weekly pickup at the farm. Because milk production naturally fluctuates through the seasons, we keep membership limited to match our lowest production months and make sure there’s enough milk for everyone. We’re not keeping a waitlist right now. Instead, when spots open, we’ll announce a short application window so anyone interested can apply at that time. If you’d like to be notified when openings become available, be sure to subscribe to our email newsletter - we’ll share updates there!
In our farm store | Any milk not sold through our membership is available on a first-come basis during our farm hours. Just stop by our farm store to purchase it. Please note: during the winter months, milk supply is low and we may sell out. During warmer months we generally have plenty of milk in stock. We also often have raw cream available during that time and raw butter available periodically in the summer.
Raw cow milk can also be purchased from Harmony Homestead in Corrine, Springbrook Dairy in Springville, Milk Barn Creamery in Morgan, and Redmond Farms (various locations). You can also find small producers on the KSL classifieds or Facebook marketplace. Or do a google search for raw cow milk near you.
We are not currently offering these options, but if you are interested in having your own cow, doing a herdshare or starting a dairy, we are happy to assist how we can and answer any questions. We need more raw milk in our communities.
Raw milk is an amazing, nourishing food. We have a right to choose what food we put in our body.

*Why a membership? We were required to stop selling milk in fall 2023 and therefore had to siginificantly decrease our herd. To manage the shortfall during the winter months, we established a membership to alleviate high demand and long lines. We don’t pasteurize, homogenize, or distort this pure, nutritious food!
Milked fresh from our farm and sold on-site, our raw milk is delicious and full of amazing health benefits. Our 100% grass & sprout fed Jersey cows have plenty of space, sunshine and fresh air, which results in the best milk for you and your family.
Never pasteurized | Non-homogenized | Live enzymes | Beneficial bacteria | No corn, soy, or GMOs
Fresh. Delicious. Complete. The way nature intended.
Our Cows
We love our Jersey girls! Our ladies spend their days outdoors in fresh air and sunshine, utilizing their large barn for shelter when needed. They feast on fresh sprouts, local grasses, and home grown alfalfa hay. We never give them any grains - not even in the parlor while they’re being milked. In our dairy we only milk once each day, causing less stress on our cows and also creating a higher quality milk. And antibiotics, growth hormones, and reproductive hormones are never used in our herd.
Jerseys are our cow of choice as their milk has such a high cream content and the flavor is unmatched. Let a jug of UNM Milk sit for a day and you’ll see a beautiful cream line form. Rich, creamy, and healthy - it’s milk the way nature intended.
Our Dairy
We are a licensed dairy through the State of Utah and adhere to strict cleanliness standards and procedures. We are vigilant about the health of our cows and the health of their milk, constantly monitoring to ensure the safety and well-being of both. Our milk is triple-tested:
Utah Department of Ag & Food
Third-Party Certified Lab
In-House Testing
Our certified lab results are sent directly to the Department of Ag. Even so, the Department chooses to come and test every month to ensure our milk is clean & safe. We complete all of the state testing as required by law for on-farm raw milk sales. Current state laws test for somatic cell count, standard plate count, coliform count, & antibiotic drug residue.
